  • Do I have to pay my deductible? 

    Yes. Not paying your deductible is not only Insurance Fraud, but truly pays no favors to you and your family.


    Some consequences of not paying your deductible:


    Recoverable funds on RCV policies may not be paid out.

    You have no legal standing against your contractor if they do not follow through on warranties.

    Lower costs usually means lower quality

  • What warranties do you offer? 

    More often than you’d think, shingle warranties on new roofs are null and void from day one. For your warranty to be redeemable, many specifications are required.

    Instead, ask us how we can guarantee and provide documented proof of quality installations, so you never have to worry.

  • Can I get an estimate?  

    No, but you may get a precise quote after an inspection.


    In order to provide high quality, precise, and complimentary services, our quotes are built to account for issues such as code errors, structural problems, and sufficient ventilation. This requires an inspection prior to us being able to give you a quote. Any estimate generated without considering these facts inevitably leave homeowners with high risk of unforeseen backend markups and out-of-pocket costs, or a ballooned estimate that often means you pay for more than you actually get.

  • Do you do gutters? 

    No. We keep our focus on what we do best, and let others do the rest.

  • What is the best time to get my roof looked at? 

    Anytime and frequently. If you have a problem before you get an inspection, it can make being able to assess all options and affording costs a headache, as well as limit many coverages under insurance claims.

    Furthermore, all inspections are not the same: considerations like granule loss, installation quality, materials used, and functioning ventilation are rarely taken into account with standard roof inspections.

  • How can I lower my quote / out of pocket costs? 

    While it is our goal to make every dollar of your quote count, our quotes reflect current market rates for materials, include high-quality and specialized labor fees (for fully insured and bonded crews), and much more. This leaves no room for reduction without reducing quality.

  • What are the qualifications of your crews? 

    Our crews are qualified through rounds of interviews, workmanship checks, supervision by project managers, and month-to-month performance reviews.   • Can I get a good roof for cheap?
